Professional profile:

Rob from Talgarth in mid Wales graduated from The University Of Wales College of Medicine, Cardiff in 1994. His basic surgical training was in South Wales. His urological training was carried out in South Wales.

Since his appointment as consultant urologist at the Princess of Wales hospital in Bridgend he has established a continence service based in the urology unit, but has outpatient sessions at Neath Port Talbot hospital and community based clinics throughout the ABM trust. He is actively involved in training of junior doctors

Along with three other colleagues he has now developed a urological partnership – ‘Glamorgan Urology’, based on sub-specialist urological skills, that they will deliver at Vale Healthcare, Cardiff Bay.

Personal Profile:

Rob lives in Cardiff with his wife and three young children. He has always been a competitive sportsman, having played rugby for Gwernyfed, Cardiff Medicals, Welsh Universities and Ebbw Vale prior to a knee injury. His spare time is now spent fly-fishing or with the family.
